1. Eligibility for Returns
- Due to the sensitive nature of medicines, returns are only accepted if:
- The product is damaged or defective on arrival.
- The wrong product was delivered.
- The order was not received within the guaranteed delivery timeframe.
- Products cannot be returned once opened or used due to health and safety regulations.
2. Return Process
- To request a return, please contact our support team at info@legitmedz.com within 7 days of receiving the product.
- Provide your order number, product details, and reason for return.
- Once approved, we will provide instructions for returning the product (if required).
3. Refund Policy
- Refunds will only be issued if:
- The product is proven to be damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- The package is lost in transit and cannot be delivered.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the fault lies with us.
4. Order Cancellations
- Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase before they are processed and shipped.
- Once an order is shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
5. Non-Returnable Items
For safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable & non-refundable:
- Opened or partially used medicines
- Products without original packaging
- Orders placed by mistake after shipping
